Any winter season puts stress on skin. Less moisture in the air and colder temperatures dry out skin, and skin can become flaky and damaged. Overheated indoors can continue the madness.
We need to moisturize especially well in winter to protect skin, exfoliate lightly to get the dead and flaky cells away, and be sure to drink plenty of healthy fluids like water and green tea!

A moisturizing, nourishing Collagen Antioxidant Mask!
Typically, I use this twice monthly (every other week on Saturday), but when the cold weather hits, I use it weekly!
The mask is spa-quality, thick and creamy, and smells divine!
2> Let it sit and do its magic for 10 to 15 minutes. I use this time for deep breathing and relaxation with music, or perhaps to touch up my nails!
