• MY SUBLIME BEAUTY BARE BASICS?

Some friends and clients have asked me what absolute basic products I use in my line right now.

My Sublime Beauty BasicsI use most of the products at varying times except a few that address issues I don’t have (like the sulfur mask for oily skin or serum for bags and dark circles.)

I rotate out on some products.  For instance, I use the Ageless Line Smoother 4 times per week instead of daily, and the Retinol Serum 4 nights weekly.  The collagen antioxidant mask is ideal once per week (I use it Saturday mornings) but sometimes I only use it twice per month.

SO WHAT ARE THE ABSOLUTE BARE BONE PRODUCTS I USE DAILY RIGHT NOW?

These are products I would grab if I took a fast weekend away, or ones I use when I have a super-busy day and am time-challenged.

    1) Before my shower or dressing, I ALWAYS Skin Brush (it revs me up for the day and gets in those great health benefits)

    2) Twice daily (morning & night) I apply the Cell Renewal (stem cell serum) and Collagen Serum. With my aging skin, I need to keep that collagen production up (both serums do this) and moisturize well (thanks to the Collagen serum). I blend them in together!

    3) I follow with the Face Whisperer Day cream. It has the smooth consistency I want for my day cream, it continues the work of cracking the whip on collagen production and most of all, with Argireline it relaxes the wrinkles around my eyes and smile lines.

    4) I take a Phytoceramide capsule once nightly. This helps replenish the ceramides in my skin that I have been losing, and my skin has become more plump and holds more moisture better.  And I freshen my skin and exfoliate with the divine Citrus Scrub each evening!

Those are the bare basics.  Truth be told, I use the Face Whisperer Night Cream and Neck Cream most evenings, and I love the Daily Body Oil either after Skin Brushing or after my daily swim in the pool.  But if we are talking bare basics, I can use the Day cream at night instead!
